Revival Catalyst quest reward was not received

Did the weekly group activities to finish the Revival Catalyst weekly. Turned the quest in and didn’t receive the revival catalyst to exchange a piece of gear. I still have my one from last week, so I should have 2 now.

Same exact issue.

Same problem here too! waited around catalyst to ask a few others if the issue persists and managed to find roughly five more people affected by this.

Yep! Same exact problem here too. I was freaking out because I thought I was the only one.

Checked on my alts and they are all still at 1 charge too so it’s not character specific.

Same issue! Checked across my characters and only have 1 charge on each.

I didn’t turn mine in but no doubt would of bugged too.

One would expect that they’ll fix the issue in today’s maintenance (Feb. 1st). I mean, quite a lot of people are relying on these charges to get their 2P/4P bonus asap!

Just wondering if anyone got any updates? I’m still at 1 charge. Opened up a ticket but no response as of yet.

Same issue. Completed the quest for a second time but only have 1 charge.

Same issue here. going to submit a ticket. Have 1 charge from last week no second charge after completing the quest.

So I just decided to use my charge on my gloves and guess what? Catalyst says I’m still having a charge left. Looks like it’s just a tooltip display bug. However, I would like to know for sure…

Thank you. I have the same issue but have not tested it by trying to use it.

If it is just display that is bad, but not quite as bad as not getting the charge at all.

Glad I ran into this post. I was freaking out trying to find my other charge. Hoping it’s just a display thing. I’ll try after maintenance and see since I have a piece of gear I need to use it on regardless today.

I was able to craft two pieces of tier armor despite it only showing one charge. Now it is showing one charge, but the text is red.
