They updated their known issues post without adding this… very annoying it’s like they gaslight us that it’s working fine or something.
Had this happen too. It wasn’t a display bug, tried converting something and it’s really not there.

Turned in my quest for the Revival Catalyst last night and only last have last weeks sitting there. I can’t find any blue posts on the subject.

I am facing the same issue as well. Only have 1 after completing the second quest.
For me it was just a visual bug
Bumping this, it’s a game-breaking bug if it’s a persistent problem. (Even one week feels pretty bad if you’re trying to keep up with other players.) Not just a visual bug for me, none of my characters got a charge.
Just had this happen to me. I finished the quest, but I didn’t receive a charge.
Same. And at the same time my main can now pick up the quest and complete it while also having less charge than it should. Did they change it to no longer be account wide?
Same issue. Received a standard nothing response about what the revival catalyst is instead of having someone read my ticket and understand the issue.

2nd week
completed quest, no charge
3rd week
second charge is now showing up. completed quest. did not receive an additional charge.
so now I’m expecting to see that charge show up on next reset. possible this is also just a visual bug? i don’t have any alts that need to use all the charges i have just yet so i’m not sure.
The past two weeks I’ve used both charges on my main and none on my alt. So before finishing this week’s quest, my main had 0 charges. I turned in this week’s quest with my alt and immediately switched to my main and successfully used it. So it is still account wide.

The Revival Catalyst interface only shows the cost of a single item conversion into a tier set item. It is not a tracker for the amount of charges your character has available. As long as a charge shows as available, you will be able to convert an eligible item into a tier set item. If you are out of charges, the interface will show there are no more available charges with a red number 1.
The support article’s explanation is pretty silly considering the Creation Catalyst in Shadowlands had a way to indicate how many charges we have left. With no way to know how many are left on a character, the functionality has really been a “2 steps forward, 1 step back” kind of situation.
Same issue here. Done a ton of group content. Only 1 charge.
