Revival Catalyst Console Question

The info text when right clicking on the console states, “Transform an item into a set item. Only Head, Shoulder, Chest, Hand and Legs provide bonuses.”

I have a ILevel 392 Ohn’ahran Falconer’s Coif (Head item) I wanted to change to a set item. The only problem is the Console won’t accept that item. Is there some type of requirement before the head item will work?

I can’t seem to find any information about which pieces can and can’t be used in the console.

Eligible items can be earned through Mythic+ dungeons, PvP, the Vault of the Incarnates raid dungeon, Tier 2 (Epic) Storm Gear, Tier 2 Warmode gear, World Bosses, and direct options from The Great Vault.

This item is a quest reward from the Obsidian Citadel area.

Actually it came from the Strongbox after completing the Siege of Dragonscale Keep. Thanks for the info though.
