Guessing the Wondrous Wisdomball won’t be high on your list of pets to get. 
I have decided I’m not going to go nuts farming that, for certain.
(That’s another of those “emissary quest rewards that didn’t have drop rates buffed” pets, but it’s purely a companion pet, not a battle pet, so would have no value to me beyond a +1 in my collection.)
Thank for posting the required quest to attain this pet. I’d hate to simply pick up this quest by mistake and end up it in my collection.
That said, I’m not a fan of noncombatant pets.
I am aware of DataforAzeroth but try to avoid it whenever possible as it feeds far to much into my need to get everything done… which I already do enough as it is lol
New Question and really not interested in starting a new thread: How do I get Zoom? I’ve seen the racetrack where we’re supposed to acquire them but there’s no official there, which, I guess, I’m supposed to approach first before I can help Zoom win his race.
But I don’t see anyone there. Is there a certain rep required before he shows up?
The snails should line up on the racetrack once they are ready to race. If you stand literally on the snails it will slow the others down and let Zoom win the race. Just keep slowly moving with them in order to block them.

That’s odd. I thought there would be some kind of NPC there to award me the pet, but there isn’t. They just come out every minute or so, do their circuit and go back into the box. By staying on top of the pack, I was able to let Zoom win, then he was just added to my pet collection, not even an item in my inventory to click on.
What does he have a Speed Rating of zero? Shouldn’t he not be able to move at all?
The pet comes from the achievement I linked. Zoom must win the race for the achievement to be awarded.
