I wasted my only account boost on a class I found I didn’t like an hour into Northrend, I went to go make a Lv 1 toon but it’s way too slow and takes too long and I can’t find a dungeon group to save my life.
I remember in 2008 Wrath I can have my guildie come boost my alt in dungeons for some gold, bring that back.
It’s so dumb that the game is dead and you have no option but to play a single toon because 1 - 70 is a garbage experience.

Did you read this dribble before you posted or just spewed this without thinking? In 2009/2010 Wrath era, we had no restrictions on dungeons like we do now.
You may enjoy spending a few weeks leveling a character, most of us don’t. We’ve don this crap so many damn times we’re over it. 80 is where the actual content that matters is. No one gives two eff’s about killing hogger anymore. No one. No one gives two eff’s about what they did at level 31 when they’re level 58 going into TBC. No one.

A normal, empathetic, kind person isn’t going to give a damn if you wanna slog or if you wanna rush to 80. They aren’t going to care one bit. They’re going to say, ‘do whatever makes you happy.’ You don’t seem to fall into that category of people.
Ok then go level a character 1- 70 right now, tell me if you don’t want to just uninstall. It’s boring and slow and no one is playing at those levels.

It is dead and boring. But buying a boost is playing into their hands. They want it dead and boring so you buy the boost. You buy the boost and they never fix the issue.
So why wouldn’t reverting dungeon boosting help? It’ll bring more people to older dungeons and give people a way to level without supporting Blizzard directly.
You absolutely did NOT play in 2009 because people bought boosting or had friends/guildies boost them. People bought the Recruit a Friend boost as well. In fact, Recruit a Friend had to be changed to keep people from abusing it recruiting themselves.

I think people who use mage boosts should have everything work against them. I don’t pity your issue or feel bad for you. I’ll even take the inconveniences of the bugs that come from these changes just so you can’t boost your characters.

Never said boosts didn’t happen. But I would’ve cheered on preventative measures to work against you then just as I do now. You are the bad part of the community and you make the game worse.
