Reverse character transfer/remove service cooldown?

Additionally, in that screen shot, it says “You are transferring to a Oceanic realm.”

OP stated that he didn’t know it was an Oceanic realm. How can anyone miss that?

Because if they did so for you they would have to for everyone else with the same situation. So in the end doing so for everyone could cause ticket times to go even higher.

Called setting a policy and sticking to it.

You did not make a mistake! They give you plenty of warnings, Are you sure and you have to click to say yes and all.

You also need to do your DUE DILIGENCE by checking the server ahead of time with a level 1 to see pings and all. You did not do that, Yet you want to make blizzard fix your lack of DUE DILIGENCE. Why should they fix your mistake and over sight?

How much a company makes really has no bearing on the policies and hard coded limits that are in place. CS is stuck with those.

A few things:

  • When putting in your “Problem with a Purchase” ticket you can ask them for a refund or tell them which server you wanted to be on. The MIGHT be able to help. If they can move it - they will, otherwise, you will get a refund if you qualify. Wait for the ticket to come up in queue.
  • Do not play the char on the new server until your ticket is resolved one way or another. It makes it look like you are happy with the move if you are playing.
  • If you get a refund then your char will be put back on the old server. Any progress made on the new server would be lost anyway, so there is no point in playing it if you want a refund.

Ticket wait times are long right now, around 2 weeks, but it may come up much faster. Keep in mind CS does not like to say no. They would rather tell you yes, if their tools and policies allow it. They have limits they can’t get around though.
