I wish I knew how to post a screenshot of the mile-long line to run this quest. I have been waiting about 2 hours, and I am about half-way to the front of the line. This achievement is poor game design. Only one person can run at a time, and various disruptors occasionally jump the line to intentionally cause a player to fail. So unfortunate.
Have you tried War Mode?
I waited in line for about an hour and a half to get it haha, was worth it! But yeah, agreed. That one should really be phased.
