I’m a returning player who’s been around Azeroth long enough to remember when mounts didn’t show up until level 40 and hunters had to carry ammo. Now that I’m back, I’m on the hunt for a guild that’s fun, social, and not so big that I feel like just another number in the roster.
What I’m looking for:
A tight-knit vibe: I want to actually know my guildies and feel like part of the group—not like I’m sitting in a silent room with strangers who occasionally type “grats.”
A sense of humor: I’m all about joking around and having fun while playing. Bonus points if you appreciate witty banter, the occasional pun, and maybe a little sarcasm here and there.
Content-focused, but chill: I enjoy mythics and raiding but I’m not aiming to min-max my way into hardcore progression. A group that gets things done but knows how to laugh through the occasional wipe is perfect. PvP is cool too, but it’s not a dealbreaker either way.
What you’ll get from me:
A reliable, team-focused player who’s always up for helping the guild and running content.
A veteran IRL and a mom, so I know how to stay calm under pressure.
Plenty of humor (sometimes at my own expense). I promise, if I pull something I wasn’t supposed to, at least I’ll own it and make it funny.

Hi Sybil! Synchronicity sounds great, but I gotta ask—besides raiding and mythics, what do you all do for fun? Is it all business, or do you secretly host guild hide-and-seek tournaments in Orgrimmar or see who can fish up the weirdest thing? Raiding and mythics are cool, but a little chaos and shenanigans are the way to my heart.
Please let me know if you find anything that fits! I’m looking for something very similar in that i’ve done the hardcore stuff but want something more casual that does all kinds of content. Even playing other games together or just hanging out and chatting. Everything in wow is so toxic and hardcore these days. I miss the silly fun and light heartedness!
You may enjoy a guild like ours, led by a husband and wife team that strives to make it feel like a family — small, close knit, but fun! We are a Pacific Time based guild and it seems there is a shortage of guilds on that coast. Currently we have 33 active members that make up roughly about ~120 characters (some are admitted altoholics!). Although, admittedly the “end of the season” is sorta tough for any guild.
If raiding is what you’re looking for, we have several spots available on our Mythic raiding team, Olympians — they run on Wednesdays & Fridays from 8 PM to 11 PM Pacific. Many of our folks from the Mythic team also run our Heroic raiding team, Prophets — on Tuesdays (with a mop up on Thursdays) from 8 PM. We also occasionally run an open PUG Normal raid on Sunday afternoons (Pacific Time).
Aside from raiding, we constantly run delves and dungeons and there are several M+ runners and M+ static teams in our guild to go through that journey. We are also a social guild and encourage everyone to participate in Discord (our guild chat isn’t as active admittedly, as is with most guilds) which is our main center for all our events! We host things like Cards Against Humanity, Truth or Dare, Pictionary, or TV/Movie watch parties too! There is always a few folks sitting in Discord to chat with too (mostly afternoons and evenings of course cuz we’re adults and work!), but not so many that it overwhelms.

Hi Mavilous! We would love to have you in our family if we sound like a good fit for you! From Ashes is a guild my husband and I lead on the Whisperwind/ Dentarg servers. We are a social/ casual guild with a low stress raiding environment. Most of our members are older members (most are between mid 30s - 50s) with children and full time jobs. Our goal is to have a guild that feels like a family, where our members actually care about one another and want to hang out. We are firm believers that real life comes first and that this is supposed to be something we enjoy, not a job. We raid Normal and Heroic only on Wed/ Sun from 8p-10p cst (raiding is not required to be in the guild though!), have lots of off night events scheduled (in game and out), and a pretty active discord.
