Returning Rogue player looking for raiding guild

Hi everyone,

I’m a returning Rogue player that hasn’t touched the game since Vanilla/TBC. I’ve recently hit 80 and would love to experience the end game raids with a group of people :slight_smile:

In the past, I’ve raided in AQ40 and Naxx, but the game has changed quite a bit since then. At this point, I’m very much a noob player that is still learning on how to play his class properly. However, if you are looking for a dedicated DPS player that is willing to put in the time to learn, I’m your guy!

TLDR:

  • Rogue from vanilla/TBC coming back, looking for a chill group of people to raid with
  • Available any day except Friday/Saturday (Time is fairly flexible, but probably anytime during 8-12 EST)
  • I play Alliance on Dentarg (If that matters? I’m not too sure at this point!)

Hello friend! We are a group who is happy and ready to help returning players get back into the swing of things.

Dominion of Anarchy was established over 10 years ago, and we are currently looking to bolster are very active roster with some heavy hitters for PvE and PvP content!

Raid Nights and Times
• Progression: (Currently 4/8N) Tuesday and Wednesday 8:30pm - 11:30pm Eastern. Currently looking for all roles for the new raid season!
• Weekend Raid Team: Friday 8pm - 11pm Eastern. This team is for our members who can’t make the Progression Team’s days, or our Progression raider’s alts. Anyone is welcome to join in on the fun!

Rated PvP
• We are currently working on getting a Rated Battle Ground team up and off the ground, and we are looking for all classes and roles!

Delves and Mythic+
• We have plans to make a dedicated team for Level 8 Delves and high level Mythic+ Teams, all roles are welcome!

Legacy Content
• We regularly hold events to go back to previous expansions to farm Transmog, Mounts, Pets, and Achievements! These events would be posted in our Guild Discord Server, as well as in-game.
• We also hold some fun guild events! Guild Lottery, Transmog Competitions, Hide and Seek, and many many more events, with some pretty great prizes!

We accept anyone of either faction, class, specialization, and server! If you are just looking for a guild to call home, I would be honored if you chose Apothic Anarchy!

Guild: Functional on Area-52/US
Team: Malfunctional
Raid Times: Tue/Thu 8:30-11:30 EST (5:30-8:30 PST)
Progression: 8/8N 1/8H UM, AOTC & 3/8M NP

Malfunctional is an AOTC/Easier-mythics focused team which emphasizes community and enjoyment while getting bosses down. We raid 2 nights a week, the expectation is that you’re able to have fun but when it’s time to focus up you can play your class at a solid level. We generally get AOTC well before the end of a tier, so once we farm the heck out of it and easier mythic bosses, we also take a bit of a break before the next tier to come back refreshed! For NP, we took break after 3/8M starting Thanksgiving until now for Undermined.

We’re primarily looking for a few DPS.

PS As a new 80, we do have a casual but firm ilevel requirement to step foot into raid for main switches (and also new players), but if you are crafting/grinding right now in your return, it should be easy to hit. I suspect most every guild will have some requirement but just being up front about that.

We welcome like-minded individuals who want to continue raiding and participating in Mythic+ beyond achieving AotC. We’re looking to add more players who are humble and open to learning together. Our Simple Raiding Requirements for The War Within

  1. You must attempt to be able to raid your teams scheduled times from the set times given.

We understand you guys have lives. We all do that being said we do not expect everyone to spend all of their free time in a video game! Raid invites go out 15 minutes before the start time as well as a notification in game and discord. If you are unable to attend, please notify the raid leader or an officer in advance additionally, update your status on the sign-up sheet in the respective teams channel on Discord.

  1. Come prepared with the knowledge or ability to take criticism of your class/spec/talent choices, current content raid bosses and mechanics we will teach you if you ask!.

Be able to perform decently with your chosen class, spec, and talent choices. We won’t tell you how to play your class or spec, but if your performance is noticeably lacking on a per-fight basis, it will be addressed privately AGAIN many individuals are here to help you learn if you are unsure about parses our GM loves teaching about those or anyone in the guild would love to teach you about your class if they know! We log our fights for your review and will post boss fight videos when they become available to help everyone familiarize themselves with the current raid content.

  1. Have Discord installed

We use Discord as our primary form of communication. Please have it installed so you can at least listen in. A working microphone is also helpful, as some fights may require direct communication from you.

[Guild: We Go Again] Tichondrius (US) is looking for homies and new people to come run M+ and raid. Currently looking to fill two mythic teams, but we have plenty of space for heroic, casuals, collectors, fun people, and talkative bunches. Big Facts is a returning guild that originally formed during Shadowlands. After a break, we’re making a comeback for Season 2 of The War Within and are looking for new and returning players to help rebuild our community.

We’ve already met some fantastic people on this journey, but we need more adventurers to fill our ranks!
