So I’ve been away for ~5 months and it seems I’m missing a banker toon/guild master of his guild. (and maybe other toons…i’m trying to recall)

I just reinstalled WoW, so there is no old cache/junk to delete.
Any help/suggestions/etc?
I’ve checked the newly connected realms, I checked the undelete option, made a new toon, tried undelete again. nothing.
Have you filed a ticket?
That one is on your WoW 4 account - not currently active. Are you sure you are looking on the right license?
First, check different licenses (WoW accounts). You can select which WoW account you’re loading in by choosing the dropdown menu under “ACCOUNT” in the Bnet launcher. You might just have a different account than your main selected, or you may have inadvertently created characters on different accounts. It happens, I think.
