I work swing shift which means, one work I’ll work 5 days, the next ill work the other 2 days I didn’t work the previous week. Makes for a very inconsistent raid schedule.
So I’m looking for a social/raiding guild that will let me tag along every other week, obviously if I’m geared enough, which with my time off, I should be able to manage.
I’m 28, with two young kids, so will mostly use voice after they go to bed around 8 Central, or when they’re at school.
I’m pretty laid back and I enjoy playing holy paladin, shadow priest, and destruction warlock. I could learn to tank though if needed.

You are expected to be on time with flasks, pots, enchants, gems, and smiles. If you need something, just ask! We are a TEAMWORK-oriented guild.
The atmosphere:
We offer a highly active, social, teamwork oriented, adult environment. We believe in player development, including gearing and training players without elitism or cliques. We do not have any ilvl requirements to join our guild. Gear can be easily obtained, but good people are priceless.
“Special snowflake” accommodations, safe spaces, and “preferred pronouns” not available. Must understand the difference between helping and having control issues. If ex-military leadership causes triggers or meltdowns, this is probably not the guild for you.

About our raid: As a guild we accomplish AOTC every Season but we WANT to do Mythic but just need the people. We have a Consistency of 13 to 16 players each week, so we are only short about 4 to 6 players.
