Commonplace now to insult someone because he has a different opinion than you huh? Hate to tell you, but your opinion that he laughs at you when you die, isnt fact. It opinion. Just as he isnt wrong that he finds it annoying. I know it’s hard to accept people like and dislike different things than you. Keep working at that, you’ll gain an understanding of things someday 
The melodrama is REAL.
This hasn’t been an issue for a long time until these new systems that came with Legion. I was always the type to take breaks and come back to do some BGs and heroics. I like to play alts. That’s my bread and butter. I would resub grind honor or badges, go to a vendor, get my stuff, and have fun.
I never expected to log in and hit the heroic raiding scene or be competitive in arenas. But at least I could jump right in to what I like to do without having hours of mandatory content to get through before I could do it. That part of the game for players like me and the OP has been lost in all of this overdone nonsense.
Corruption shouldn’t even apply to PvP or the gear you get from doing it imo.
Well it’s more accurate to say it hasn’t been a Big issue for a long time, but as easy as it is now it’ll never be easy enough for the people wanting it to be easier to ‘‘just jump in’’ wow’s not that kind of game but it is slowly becoming one.
Welcome to what has happened to WoW. It has been neglected for such a long period of time it basically is a ghoul now. 
It was pretty easy to jump in from wrath-wod where there were at least pvp vendors and either resilience or templates, for casual pvp at least. That was my experience anyway.
Hahaha! Got to admit they did it right with those Bwomsamdi death quotes. Especially the death Knight one lol. Agree with the op on corruption though. Could of cared less about TF, and Wf, but Corrupted gearing is not any better imo. Before, if you got something that war forged, or maybe titan forged, it was like cool that’s nice. Now with corruption the first thought is to mount up on the ole grand expedition yak, and vendor it lol. If its a azurite corrupted piece just delete, or scrap it. After reading numerous threads about 8.3 since the patch went live imo there are just as many folks that don’t like corrupted junk, as there are that do. And imo a lot of folks just want gear to be gear without all these silly gimmicks tied to it, and that includes the TF, WF system. Making things annoying for the sake of being annoying is not fun gameplay for a lot of folks.
Fairly easy yes, but put that style of catchup into the game now. People would loose their collective minds around here
