My niece would like to return to WoW and she has not been active for 3 years. She has forgotten her Log in info but does know her:
BNet name
A character she has on her account(name but not the realm)
She also has game keys for her account.
I am unsure of what direction she goes in from her. Can someone let me know she can proceed

When you say “BNet name”, do you mean the e-mail address attached to the account? If so, all she needs to do is remember the password. If not, she can do a password reset.
If there’s an Authenticator attached and she no longer has access to the Authenticator, then she will likely need to talk to Billing through Live Chat or a callback.
Please note that she will have to be the one to do all of this, not you. It’s admirable that you want to guide her and you certainly can, but she needs to open the ticket (if necessary) or do the password reset.
She thinks she has discovered what she needs. She is now downloading the game client. If any more isssues I will just post here/she will instead of starting a new thread. Thank you for your response
You say she has been inactive for 3 years? Be sure to send her a recruit a friend link. So you both can get some rewards.
