If there is no dungeon finder, there is no reason for me to play. Have fun standing around looking for groups after the first 60 days. Guess I cancel my sub I just started up a week ago in anticipation of getting in to dungeons easier in classic.

Nothing gives me more of a sense of community then screaming into the void that is LFG and hoping to find a group for a basic dungeon. Even making groups is asinine. I’ll still play but thanks anti LFD people for ruining the experience of others for your GDKP and boost sales.

As many people have pointed out. LFD did not kill retail. LFR did. Maybe some people still have a bad taste in their mouth from the start of Cata where dungeons were hard and LFD was not a fun place to be. But it got better as the expansion went on and it had nothing to do with Wotlk. There are too many of us now who don’t have time to stand in trade chat for 2 hours then try and do a dungeon.

Don’t worry they might bring it back for a small price! Not sure if i am gonna play Wrath now. Dungeons are a lot of pain when trying to form a group… But it isn’t going to be the original game if they start taking stuff out and adding new stuff in. Hope they get enough people to leave or they just randomly change their minds about it. D:

Facts are, when LFD was introduced, subs went up.

i was excited for this, i could not wait to play it. that was until you announced that you would not be implementing the lfg into wrath classic, if you have yet to see the abysmal performance of the current lfg channel in tbc classic it is nothing more than a bot spam fest. so unfortunately, this will a hard pass for a very large portion of your community.

I never said there wasn’t. Most of the time I say nothing because I know how people are in this game.
They really need to reconsider, and have LFD back in the loop. I was warrior tanking back in WotLK. So for me it was "instant que and go’, within minutes most of the time. However I know for DPS players, it was a entirely different matter. LFD was introduced in WotLK. So it is a foolish decision to wipe it out of it.

LFD was a feature of Wrath. It shouldn’t be removed. All the #nochanges people said they wanted Vanilla WoW “warts and all.” Funny how quickly that changes when it’s a feature they don’t agree with. If it was in the original Wrath, it should be in the Classic Wrath. Period. This is the stupidest change they could have implemented. Way to kill hype for a beloved expansion.

I don’t know who told you that players don’t want dungeon finder but I am telling you that you are WRONG.
Look at what people have been doing in classic and classic TBC! There are multiple addons that simulate the LFG system which reads chat messages for keywords of different dungeons and A LOT OF players are still using them right now!
And, people are excited for the ORIGINAL or IMPROVED WotLK, not this “modified” version where you take away the originally implemented system.
Yes, I agree that the random dungeon finder system takes away the social aspect of the game. Solve this specific problem then! Tweak the random dungeon finder system so that players get the benefits from it without killing the social aspect.
Removing it is simply saying that you are lazy and you don’t want to deal with it.

I think we can all agree the CROSS-REALM DUNGEON FINDER was garbage, obviously none of us want THAT!
What we want is a in-server dungeon finder that permits us to form groups more easily on the server we play on, but still need to run to said dungeon or get summoned.

No dungeon finder? So the majority of the community is behind that move? To paraphrase a famous quote, “you might think you want it [that way], but you really don’t”.
Dungeon finder was part of the original game, and it should be there in Classic. People can choose whether or not to use it. If people want ‘community bonding’ there is nothing stopping them from forming their own dungeon groups.

It adds a way to spam heroics your already locked to and farm infinite badges daily.
You could farm 2 pieces of tier, ilvl 200 rings, trinkets, frozen cores.

Couldn’t agree more. I still remember back in the days of the original release, people use both the LFD and chat spam to form dungeon groups, sometimes the two are combined together cuz it was usually hard for DPS class/specs to get into a group using LFD and they were finding a tank/healer to queue together using LFD.

The “community” decided paying for raid drops was the best idea, the community decided that boosting was the only way to level/gear. so nah if thats community ill pass. unless you have another reason for disliking RDF outside of groupthink and incorrect assumptions of what the community is in WoW

So disappointed in not having the Dungeon Finder was really looking forward to that. Low populated servers are going to suffer even more now 
Not sure where did they did the survey but I guess it was on the American/European servers which are more populated then Oceanic ones. They should have kept it in. Its the players choice to use it or not.
Think this will be the end for low populated servers without Dungeon Finder they will die out. Hope Blizz is going to reconsider this.
There will be no more community minded playing then what it is now. Guilds are formed and running only end game content. New players have no change to even get in to dungeons or raids in WoTlk now.
Instead of doing stuff in game while waiting for dungeon finder to pop we now need to spam LFG again. Dungeon finder was a part of WoTLK taking that away means its not the Classic game from WoTLK anymore you have changed the game
