Hello. So I did my soul weekly souls quests before reset yesterday and was renown 14, this morning I completed the storyline and got to renown 15 AFTER the reset. Now I have no quest to rescue souls for the maw, i even completed the weekly Anima quest and got to 16, but still nothing. Tried reloading / relogging and even deleting cache. Please, I see others having this issue as well, I would like it to be escalated if possible.

I am having the exact same issue. I took up the quest, abandoned it, then got to level 15 renown, at which time the quest became no longer available. It seems I am unable to retrieve my souls this week since I can not get the quest.
Also having this issue and relogging or doing max level content for ârenown catchupâ did not work for me.
Renown catch up wonât work until next week, this needs to be looked at internally.

The same thing is happening to me on this character. Hope it gets fixed soon. 
I submitted a ticket only to get a generic copy-pasta answer that I canât be helped. Also having this issue on my druid alt.
I decided to do my campaign quest which i received last week, before going to my covenant to accept todays reset weekly quests. However now that I upgraded my soulkeeper, the quest to save souls is gone.
I believe its a bug with transitioning between 5 and 10 souls that nailed me to this wall.
EDIT: Several hours later the quest is now there. So my issue resolved itself.
Same issue here, got the quest, got lvl 15 renown from another activity, abandoned the quest to update number of souls, quest disappeared.
Same issue here. Notice the script on the Renown Level 15 and decided to drop the quest to see if there would be a difference. Flutterby (Fae) no longer offers the quest.
Similar issue with this quest. I had the quest available at reset today, picked it up, but then I completed my covenant campaign for last week and the reward was to be able to collect more souls from the maw, so I abandoned the âreturn lost soulsâ quest, thinking ok maybe it will reset and allow me to get more. But nope, just gone now, not available to pick back up.
Same issue, note that it was the campaign quest from last week that I completed which immediately removed the quest marker from the person who hands out Returns Souls
Iâm also having the same exact issue here on this toon. Picked up quest this morning, completed Replenishing the reservoir to get to renown 15, dropped âreturn lost soulsâ quest and was unable to pick it back up.
Same here, i abandoned the quest since i got renown lvl 15 today to get 10 souls, but the quest did not appear again.
Same issue here. I had abandoned the quest once I realized I could reach renown 15 in order to re-take the quest. Iâm Kyrian and the quest is not available to accept.
Same problem. I reached renown 15 after killing world boss and turning in quest from last week. Then it says âsoulkeeper upgradedâ and the quest to get souls disappears from the NPC.
And now I canât get the souls or even continue my covenant campaign because I canât reach renown 17.
Iâm having the same issue as the posts above. I switched back to Kyrian covenant today immediately after logging in (and finishing the required quest), which set me back at renown 12 (where I left it). I raised my renown 15 after having dropped the souls quest so that I could get 10 after my soulkeeper upgrade instead of 5 souls for the week. As soon as I hit renown 15, the souls quest disappeared from the quest giver and I am unable to get any souls at all for the week until this is fixed.

Iâm having this same issue as well, opened a ticket about it and got a generic response. Iâm hoping since so many ppl are having the same issues itâll be hotfixed soon.
also having issue, tried getting people to share both the 5 and 10 to no avail, shows character as ineligible.
