I am having this issue as well. Also had a friend try to share the quests with no luck. I really hope they fix this.

Also having this issue on my character :c finished the resevoir criteria but forgot to turn it in until today. The quest was available but disappeared once i reached level 15.

This is happening to my character as well, hit renown 15 and the quest Return Lost Souls does not show up.

Same problem. I abandoned the quest and now it’s no longer available to get again.

Same issue on my Priest character. Hopefully they do a hotfix today.

I accidentally abandoned the quest and now i cant pick it up… blizzard better fix this asap i want my god dam renown point

Same. I didn’t even pick up the quest knowing full well that 1 more renowned would get me 10 souls.

quest was there when R14… was gone when I hit R15

I did my renown stuff already last week but now I can’t even get this weeks return lost souls quests. Please fix so those wanting to advance their renown can.

Reported this earlier in another thread. Had 14 renown to start the week and quest was available but not picked up, then got 15 from the world boss in Bastion. When returning to my sanctum (Night Fae,) the quest had vanished.

Same exact issue. R14, accepted quest -> abandoned -> R15 -> no quest to get.

Same thing here, opened ticket got generic auto response (still don’t understand why these still take hours when it’s just automated) and can’t get quest

Same thing happened to me, I abandoned the collect 5 souls quest thinking I could pick up the 10 souls quest. It won’t give it to me again. Relogging, leaving the area, none of that helped.

not sure what happened, but i just turned off wm and went back to the base and now i can grab the 10 soul quest. So try doin it in the wm on/off opposite what was giving you issue

I turned on war mode and was able to get the quest, Thank you!

no need to deal with WM. I just logged back in and the quest is fixed.

Same here… Got to 16 and the Souls quest is not even an option…
