I received a gift today from a Friend, and it’s for something I already purchased a long time ago. They sent me the Sha-Infused Heroic Pack, when I purchased the Sha-Infused Epic Pack back when it launched in February. I don’t see a way to “not claim” or “return” it in my launcher. Can they get a refund somehow? What would they need to do?
Thwy need to.ask for a refund i believe.

Right, I was just trying to find out what they need to do so I could tell them when I break the news to them. It was a xmas gift, and I feel kind of bad now. 
I wouldnt worry too much most people are undetsting.
