I agree, or with repentance I would be fine with casted rep baseline but the option for us to talent into insta cast rep on like a 30 second cd
You know, itās funny you say this, because I queued into Ret/Rogue today and got 100-0ād anyways.
Ret popped wings, while still on his horse running directly at me. I was like oh no, so I booked it in the other direction and played pillar. I sat on that pillar for a solid 15 seconds.
The literal instant he connected with me in a HoJ (I was in tree, with double skin and full hots) he did his combo and I was dead.

He was peelād for the full duration of his wings, he connected with me because the Rogue blinded me and I trinketed the blind (obviously) and was put into a HoJ the instant the Ret rounded the corner on his

Did I mention he also used Bubble to keep my DPS off him?
50% bubble damage reduction when please.
Played a couple games as Ret last night and I can assure anyone here asking for ret nerfs that youāre 100% mush brained from your quarantine. God forbid rets have a win condition that doesnāt rely on a hunter

itās still more viable than a lot of other melee. sure, itās not as good as WW, DH, or DK right now. but ret is great compared to feral druids, arms warriors or enhance shamans.
Arms is doing way better than ret at high rating
i think arms are better represented right now because they have more viable comps. iāll retract what i said though, i donāt think ret is better than arms, theyāre probably about equal right now. arms has better utility but ret has better burst. overshadowed by assass rogues, windwalkers, dh and dk. but still not in the worst shape. surv hunters, feral druids, and enh shamans have way more legitimate gripes.
Jungle is the second highest comp in the world right now, I think. Theyāre all ~2680 CR. Donāt even think Surv/Feral is bad either. The only melee spec that should have a gripe is Enhancement.

Feral and surv are also both better than ret in the sense they have jungle which is quite good.
Enhance shamans are allowed to complain, but you are also right. Ret isnāt dogpoo
Iām not complaining, Iām responding to a comment made by someone earlier. I can literally play HPally in my sleep at 2k+, RDruid actually requires a TINY bit of input by comparison. I canāt just bubble away all my problems.

The killing power in that comp is primarily stopped by stopping the rogue, not the ret.

who wins? If he canāt hit me he canāt do damage to me, which is why I was playing the pillar, as was already stated, because he had Wings up and already used his Horse to charge at me for the HoJ (which he couldnāt get off because I played like a Shaman and pillar humped).

Idk man I kill rdruids who are cocky and donāt bear from all the time. Ret can actually catch you, or just idk bear form right as about heās about to turn the pillar into you
Iām more wondering about the iq of the dps youāre playing with
RDruid is easy to kill if you can connect with it. Why would I go bear form against a when I can just go travel form and run around the pillar for 30 minutes. Works really well in 2ās, also works great in 3ās unless the enemy team has 600 IQ.
Iāve caught about every single rdruid that tries to do that, itās not hard to get a single hoj off and connect. Frustrating af for the ret? Absolutely but ya know.
