Retrieving Battle.net account

I have a ticket in to try and retrieve a lost Battle.net account. Support has exchanged many messages with me in an attempt to verify it is mine. Just as they were about to give it to me if I provided what they asked for I found I maxed out my support replies. It says to start another ticket which I did and it disappeared. So I started another ticket which I haven’t heard back from all day. Meanwhile the Blizzard staff is still replying to the original ticket but I cannot respond. There is no way to call, no live chat, no way to email support, I cannot reply to the original ticket. I’m stuck hoping to hear back on a separate ticket. Very frustrating, Blizzard support used to be easier to deal with:(

Just to clarify, is the account different than the one you are posting on? And if, do you have a ticket number and you are referring to that ticket number when you opened the new one?

The ticket itself is probably being merged.

Unfortunately circumstance caused live chat to not be able to return, but most things can be handled by ticket.

This account here is a new account. I’m trying to retrieve a lost Battle.net account. After a lot of back and forth they were ready to give me the Battle.net account back they just requested a few things. As I tried to comply it said I maxed out my replies open a new ticket. So I did that and somehow they deleted it. So I created another ticket referring back to the first detailing the issues and providing the info they wanted. I haven’t heard back all day. Meanwhile blizzard support responded again to the original ticket requesting the info basically saying it’s the last step, but I cannot respond to them….

Submit a new ticket, reference the original ticket ID, and provide the requested info.

I’ve done that twice now. The first one disappeared, the second one I have been waiting all day for a response

If you don’t have the ticket number for the first ticket, assuming you did, then you didn’t go all the way through as that’d be the receipt of you putting one in.

For the other, they’d be able to get to it when it comes up in que, there isn’t a real count-down to when it’d be answered. All we can do is tell you to wait for it to be answer.

Yeah I put all the information in the first one, no idea why it disappeared. I haven’t waited this long in ages. I’ll just keep waiting
