Retire Seething Shore

You retired Strand of the Ancients because it was not “up to par.”

Time to retire Seething Shore for being a triple boggie.

The timer helps a lot now.

Timer or no timer, it’s still not fun.

If blacklist feature was put back into the game, this is the one little bg I would blacklist on day 1

I said helps. I didn’t say make it fun. You can get kicked in the pills for 30+ mins or you can get kicked in the pills for 15 minutes. Which one helped you more? :stuck_out_tongue:

Seething Shore is a great BG. It’s one of the few that doesn’t require someone to sit around and defend, which means everyone gets to go out and enjoy the action.

I really don’t understand the hate. People manage to cap nodes just fine in Arathi Basin. So what is it about SS that renders everyone unable to cap? And this is strictly a rated issue, because I have yet to see a SS in randoms where any team couldn’t cap with relative ease. But it seems like even people in randoms complain about what is in my eyes one of the most enjoyable BGs we have.

I dont understood why more havnt got the meta yet, its was a ezy meta to get and blizz made it even ezyer.
I love diving in seeing sum1 mining, then bam! U stop there mine, kill em, flag em then mine it for your team.

I kind of like Seething Shore so long as it isn’t an RBG. The art and map design are spectacular, I love using shining force on the southern cliffs by the water.

I do wish that it weren’t an RBG though, but I heard there were changes made to it to make it better? But maybe I’m misremembering.

I’d love to get SOTA back as a mirrored map, where both teams get an O and D at the same time.

Seething Shore is one that I leave.

2 groups of 5 move together and cap nodes. It’s that easy. Getting a group of 10 random to do that is not easy.

Seething Chore
Seething Bore
Seething Wh… you get it.

Imo if we complain enough, they’ll give us blacklisting back. Think of all the people that complained about essences, blizzard had to bend the knee to that.

Bring back blacklisting so we can get rid of these low energy game modes

#1 on that list is definitely Silvershard Mines, #2 is a close Temple of GG or Seething Shore.

I agree . When I or many of my friends see this BG queue it is such a disappointment. BG needs to go.

Winning seething shore doesn’t make it fun, it’s a terrible battleground. I have an 85% win rate on that map, and I still regularly AFK out of it

Spawn point is always one place, as opposed to a node-capping game where you spawn at the captured node or the closest one to it.

This means you’re more often close by to your friends more regularly.

There’s also that annoying glitch where the boat will take you outside of the playing field so that when you ress and jump off the ship, you get teleported back onto it again.

Jersey Shore

cos it’s trash, just like the show

Preach it, brother.

Man, mines not as good but I’ll always ditch this map. It’s quite telling if you have such a good win rate and still leave.

People are against blacklisting but i think there’s merit to the opposite. If i could list 2 or 3 ‘preferred’ maps that come up in rotation more often that would be swell.
