So because we don’t enjoy the tedium of trying to form a group we are lazy?
Not liking something in a video game because it is a boring aspect of the game doesn’t mean we are lazy. It means we want less boredom and tedium in a game
Most big parsers want RDF. They aren’t lazy in WoW at least.
W*rmane’s Loerderon server was their “Hardcore” server and it featured No-LFD
(guess what server re-added LFD after it turned out it felt horrible)
Wrath added a dungeon finder for a reason. It was to address an issue in Wrath’s design: The need for tons of heroics every day early into each phase and on every alt
I mean we all are using bulletin board, the amount of text going through that addon makes it so that you’re starting and stopping constantly, you spend more time sifting through the advertisements than you do on the quest you’re doing. RDF would be far more efficient in terms of multitasking and thats not really a debate.
This is the thing many people don’t get around these parts of the forums. Retail has been many times more successful since 2019 than classic has. It has had way more active players over that course of time than classic and tbc has had.
Say retail is bad all you want, but it’s still a more popular game than classic/tbc/som is.
I assure you there is nothing wrong with the rate at which I read. You’re trying to be edgy when the context of the matter is how much you can do without having to focus on the addon itself. Compared to RDF where you dont have to obstruct your focus on the task you’re doing to check in and out of an addon, its far more efficient which enables you to be less lazy.
