Because he can’t think for himself and decide what changes might actually be improvements so he falls back on #nochanges.
No, it’s telling you what you want exists elsewhere and will not be in Classic. Hey, I really enjoy shooter game! Let’s make WoW first person shooter! I like mission tables and dailies! Let’s make those a thing in Classic. They can be optional so it doesn’t effect your gameplay!
No. You have been told no changes. I might enjoy certain ones, including xmog. I can accept NO tho and fully understand why it’s a no. Unlike some people…
I’m only asking for aesthetic changes, though the LFG channel could be easier to find and more accessible. That would be my only change, LFR is moot, my server runs pug raids already.
Don’t worry about what trolls do. Before classic was announced, there were people who would sit in GD just waiting for another classic thread to pop up so they could spam a dozen "wall of no"s and ridicule us. Blizzard even helped them. If the petition that resurrected WoW classic only existed on Blizzard forums, it would have died there… and it had… thousands of times.
People who have passion for anything in life are the easiest people to irritate, which is why they do it.
It would be very easy for those same people to come here and demand changes to classic – an obviously contentious subject. Of course we’re going to respond with our own “wall of no,” but the difference is that we actually care about the outcome of this. That’s why they still troll us.
False equivalence. I’ll ask for whatever I want. I just wish people would stop twisting facts.
Nobody is asking to change fundamental aspects of the game. QoL aspects do not have any impact compared to the sweeping changes expansions brought.
If you mean LFG/LFR, sure I don’t think those are needed. But they could make channels for those more accessible and visible.
LFG/LFD not being part of Classic is an important part of what a lot of people wanted. They feel those features have helped remove the sense of community many of us felt on our servers in Vanilla.
The only QoL improvement that I don’t think would be a problem is dual spec. I’m not necessarily saying it’s needed, but I don’t think including it would ruin anything that people want from Classic.
I hope when BC comes out, that people aren’t as snobish for #nochanges to it. There are a lot of things that I don’t feel will actually affect gameplay they could add to it.
Never done those pet battles, but from what little I know they don’t hurt anyone who doesn’t do them. They could bring in those mounts from later Xpansions, or Webstore purchased mounts. There are likely other examples of things and QOL changes that shouldn’t affect gameplay of others if they added them to BC. I just think some of the Classic #nochanges crowd are a bit overzealous and narrow minded.
That’s because there are bugs that didn’t exist in Vanilla, that’s what they’re reporting.
No. Noooope. No. None. Gotta keep up exactly what you have been told by blizzard till it gets thru ur brain. No. You won’t get it. You just keep on, knowing you been told no tho! So NO. NOPE! NNNNOOOOOO. You have been given reasons WHY the no and choose to ignore all of it. So the easiest way is just NO. NNNNOOOOOPE. NONE.
Reporting a bug or some function that is clearly broken is WAYYYY different than…
“PLS FIX RET MAH DPS IS BAD”
You knew what I was saying knit picker.
Right we need to keep discussing changes so that blizzard can keep reviewing things that potentially make sense to add, just like they asked up to.
YESSS YAASS YAASS QUEEN SLAYYYY.
If you say so.
We’ll see won’t we?
We already have. Only the ignorant refuse to accept this. Nope noooooo. None. Noooo. NO.
its a troll thread, much the same as the other multiple change threads. They just are bored in retail, and want to dog classic. So here they are…
I am reminded of something my Dad once said to me when I read this comment. “You catch more bees with honey than you do with nails.” I would suggest a new approach if you are really wanting to sway other to your side.
Wait, your dad said nails? That is the first time I have heard it that way. Only way I have heard that saying us You catch more bees with honey than with vinegar.
But I do not need to necesarily need them swayed, just to stop.
Why do you need them to stop?
He was a carpenter. I always imagined him throwing the nails at the bee’s tbh.
Than what was the point of a thread title @retail player’s? If you don’t want to have an open debate? To openly convey your point so other’s can be more understanding of your point and my even be swayed to your side of the argument.
Because the first time around, people weren’t as vocal. People clamored for change and, even when blizzard said they didn’t want it, it seemed that people weren’t disagreeing much. Those changes get put in and its been built up to Retail. Blizzard already said they don’t want changes. And it’s not good enough it seems.
