I mistakenly clicked one out of the two items I needed to restore. I restored my Everforged Vambraces albeit I didn’t restore the Entombed Seraph’s Castigation. Is there any chance of getting the Entombed Seraph’s Castigation back ASAP? Apologies.
You can restore upto 50 items once every 7 days, so you should be able to restore the other item, assuming you haven’t restored 49 other things within the last few days.
Unfortunately you will have to wait for the cooldown, 7 days.
I used the item restoration on the Vambraces albeit misclicked with the gloves (Entombed Seraph’s Castigation) ergo only got one of the two items back. Mythic raiding tonight so can only hope Blizzard Support can help me before then.
Support is not able to bypass the cooldown. Unfortunately you will need to wait 7 days to use the feature again, down to the second for it to unlock.
So the system didn’t bork out in this instance. It was user error.
From the article Kozzae linked. CS will not restore items (outside of if the restoration service is down or working incorrectly). You can restore you gloves after the seven-day cooldown has been reset. There isn’t anything that can be done in time for your raid tonight, I’m afraid.
