Unfortunately it doesn’t matter if he’s innocent now, Blizz is spineless when it comes to social media brigades (unless it involves a certain communist regime, of course)

Thing of it is “cancel culture” is not even new , it has always existed in some form or fashion. The only new to it is that it happens far more rapidly now due to internet & social media. Hell many religions have it hard baked into their doctrine. Amish with their Shunning (that’s right cancel culture.) Running out of town on the rails (yep cancel culture way back in post Civil war era) , All those boycott calls from Evangelical Christians (you guessed it cancel culture) .

Social media has really helped.

Another thing I think will targeted in the future is privacy. Privacy will become a thing of the past. People and their hideous crimes will no longer be safe. Vid cameras will be everywhere. it’s okay you don’t need to worry if your not doing anything wrong. I’m okay with cameras being installed in my house and hotel rooms. No more false accusations, no more people getting away with assaults.

No. Please don’t. I like the new guy. Actually sounds like wc3 Kael and not some bath salt snorting high pitched loser

The new guy doesn’t sound like WC3 Kael, also Quinton WAS WC3 Kael’s voice.

Nah, new guys way better.

You can like the new guy better, but he doesn’t sound like WC3 Kael, the guy who voiced WC3 kael does, so you likely don’t remember WC3 very well.

Signed, he deserves his career back. He IS Kael’thas.

Its almost comparable to the Salmenn Witch Trials sadly. There was NO proof any woman was a witch or any guy a warlock, yet all it took was an accusation from someone who didn’t like you. Were repeating history in this era with mob justice seeing guilty before innocent by accusations posted on twitter police(and often never being taken to real police to deal with) for the twitter mob to chase down.

Oft we think little of what we have until it is lost or in jeopardy.

Blizzard will never restore his voice lines or work with him ever again.

It’s not about what’s right or wrong - it’s about how this made their employees feel. It’s a deeply cultural and political thing over there in California. Guilty until proven innocent, and even then still guilty for the most part.

Don’t expect anything. Wokescolds were literally ardently crusading against this guy a few days ago for apparently grooming minors when that was not even remotely true and you could find out if it was or wasn’t easily online. People don’t care about the truth.

It is a pathetic thing, and I say that being from and in California.

Good for him!

Tbh I don’t think I would want to rejoin Blizzard at all after they dropped me though, common practice or not.

If I was him, unless it’s big bucks for the continued VA let Kael rot with Blizzard.

Tie him to a boulder and drop him into the sea. If he floats, he’s guilty, if he drowns, it proves his innocence but now we still need the new voice actor. Might as well keep the rerecorded old voicelines to uphold continuity.

Did anyone even know this guy existed until blizzard banned him?

Probably not, but if the allegations were true and his innocence is true its just another big example of cancel culture which is the larger issue at hand.

Before people wouldn’t believe you if you said something, now they will believe you until the end.

Yeah, lots of people did. He voices a lot of characters. Your lack of knowledge about VAs does not mean no one else knows them.
