Restore Kael'thas' Voice Actor

Is that like the side that that asks what drugs were in the system of people killed by the thin blue egos? Like drug addiction is a capital offense or something.

Taking his lines out of the game doesnā€™t suddenly stop any of this though, he is still famous. So even in your scenario, it doesnā€™t help anything and you would just be cutting of a source of income to someone that you donā€™t even know is guilty.

Heā€™s already been paid for the lines. I donā€™t think voice actors get residuals from video games.

heā€™s already been paid, though. no one should be expected to allow him to continue to voice things in childrenā€™s games considering some of the things heā€™s been accused of.

Still, the point stands, taking his lines out doesnā€™t change anything for the better unless he is actually found guilty.

That has to be proven, man. Assume his innocence is never found OR guilt? Then they are just ruined for life. Is that fair? I want to live in a free society, and I accept the risk that comes with that.

That isnā€™t enough information to prove anything.

the blitzchung thing happened. there was a huge forum outrage over that too. blizz and blitzchung both apologized. he was able to get his money and keep his GM status. he was one of the people participating in the most recent HS tournament stuff as well. things have consequences. when you try to do the right thing often other people will meet you halfway. all mr kaelthas dude has done so far is go shocked pickachu face he got caught for things heā€™s admitted to doing and threw his accuser under the bus and then put a restraining order on her so the proof of what heā€™s done has been removed from the internet.

You donā€™t know thatā€™s whatā€™s going on. He could be legit being stalked by a weirdo. You are making assumptions about people you donā€™t know.

Read his tweet. He admitted to doing the things but tried to rationalize how what he did he had no idea could be viewed as inappropriate.

I did, you are reading them incorrectly or misunderstanding them. He is saying he sent a bunch of consensual voice mail to someone and she edited them together and lied to ruin his career. That very well COULD be whats going on. I donā€™t know, and you donā€™t know. I am just saying to not fight for either side when you dont even know them. Lets uphold the spirit of the american justice system and not assume guilt.

Read all parts of the tweet. Thatā€™s not the only thing he tried to rationalize.

They already recorded with the new voice actor. From what I hear all sound files in WoW will be replaced. Right or wrong, theyā€™re not bringing him back.

Which part do you want to discuss? I donā€™t want to play the guessing game.

We can start with the part where he said he randomly licked someone and had no idea that was inappropriate. Just that he said they asked for it (when they said they didnā€™t) and the comment about how shocked he was and how glad he is that nowadays the people who host that stuff will protect people in his position.

Well again, we donā€™t know if he is telling the truth or not. I donā€™t think we should side with anyone because that just isnā€™t how its supposed to be done.

He admitted to it. Itā€™s not a hypothetical.

I didnā€™t say he didnā€™t. I am saying we donā€™t know if he got permission or not. The truth on if she asked or not.

Listen, I donā€™t know how many conventions you have gone to, but they are swamps of degeneracy. Someone asking to be licked is not all that strange in that environment.

If youā€™re talent at a convention why in the world would you lick someone at all? If I just walked up to you and licked you youā€™d think I was a creep. Right?

Not if I asked you to do it.
