You just sound salty for not getting invites and are being melodramatic. There are ways around that. Make a group with your friends, run your own key. Not every single +12 is going to decline non meta. The high keys will always skew toward meta favorites that synergize with each other and have the right utilities for the current season dungeons. There’s nothing wrong with Rshaman as it is right now and it doesn’t need nerfs.

Might as well remove it if it’s going to be 2 minutes. It’ll be basically useless for dungeons with poisons. They’re only doing this because of the affix. Change the affix if it’s that bad. christ.

That’s like saying Prevokers were fine because the world first guilds stacked two of them because they were +15% ahead of everyone else.

I have a +12 STV and I don’t want to run it because it’s too brutal without a solid group, but guess what I can’t get in a key to reroll it. I’d have to drop it to a +11, reroll it, push it, and then start over.

It’s not being melodramatic, it’s just stating facts. Resto Shamans are 80% of the healers on high keys and that’s what groups only invite. So if you’re a Holy Paladin, Mistweaver, Prevoker, etc. well good luck. That’s 1000 of players who can’t enjoy the game.

PCT trivializes the last boss in Ara (its literally night and day difference on a +12), the devour affix, the big Nerubian after 2nd boss in CoT, the bugs in Mists, and the mobs that put the nasty poison stacking debuff on tanks in Siege.

Poison cleansing totem is not what needed to be nerfed. Poor decision making by blizzard.

They need to do a better job making sure that in any given season, no specific dispel school is too valuable over the others. It’s not like Resto shaman being able to dispel curses and poisons is crazy. Druids can do that too, monks can dispel poisons and diseases, same with paladins.

Yeah, it was fine. Anyone not world first shouldn’t care what they’re doing. They’re the sweatiest of the sweaty number crunchers where .1% is the difference between success or failure. It doesn’t mean the other classes aren’t viable or aren’t in a good place.

You’re being melodramatic again. Refusing to run your key because of preconceived notions. 80% is not 100% resto shamans. I’ve gotten into plenty of keys on Rdruid and they are the worst healer this season.

PCT does not trivialize ara kara. It’s only up every other time the poison goes out. The poison is not what wipes groups on that boss.

Link your druid there’s literally only 23 with timed +12s and most of them only have 2-3 timed +12s. I seriously doubt you’re getting invited into +12s whilst in a one healer meta. lmao

Also, why is it if you set your profile to hidden the mute feature disappears. That’s abusing the system.

I’ve been doing many +10-11 and only saw 1-2 Resto Druid. I’d say 80-90% of the keys I’ve been running are Resto Shaman. 10%-15% of healers are Paladin and Priest. You literally can’t play Resto Druid if you want to play +10-12.

Most people won’t invite your Resto Druid in this meta. They will just be waiting for Resto Shaman in LFG and will find Resto Shaman very quickly.

Damnit I wasn’t being serious Blizzard, I would have prefered a MD revert to a PCT nerf.

Honestly while I agree things needed to change I would of prefered if Blizzard had brought other classes up instead of nerfing resto.

I run keys on my alt tank and haven’t even seen a Resto Druid. 90% of the time it’s Resto Shamans and Priests.

+11s are basically the end game for everyone but Resto Shaman healers atm.

It never ceases to amaze me how Blizzard continues to design encounters around niche and actually put so much effort to what the very top thinks but is completely irrelevant to the majority of the population.

Nerfing PCT to two mins just ruins a niche ability everywhere else where it was used outside of mythic plus just like mass dispel was.

They won’t change the design but drag everybody else down.
