Orc or dark iron and why?

Both. Racials for both

lol I’m orc now and doubt I will switch but wanted to hear different views

Both are good and have situational pros and cons. DID functions as a pseudo second trinket on silences and can remove bleeds. Orc is just perma passive stun DR.

Orc has way better mogs, though, so I’d go orc. That being said, the shaman I leveled is draenei, so play what you want!

Earthern play the new one

Ya they have a sick racial that let’s you eat rocks. So OP that they can let you RP as a dh main as any class!

It removes silence ? From all classes ? If this removes the DK silence I will switch

I prefer orc. Suits the theme of the class, good racials and animations. While DID is good into certain comps I think orc is the best pick.

Yes. It removes magic effects and bleeds, so it will remove DK and SP silence.

That’s awesome. Will be switching tonight after testing :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Quick note though, it shares a 30s cd with trinket.

I have an Orc and a Dark Iron Dwarf Shaman. why pick one?

Which racial saves you more? DK is really strong right now and that silence at the right time just sucks. With dark iron, I will share their cd between trinket and fireblood

If you are struggling against DK, probably Dark Iron. But balance changes happen all the time. And you can’t go wrong with either. My orc is my main now. I like the stun reduction, and Orc is just perfect for Shaman. Figure experience will help with this too, right? You can see when the DK is about to go.

DKs are more of a problem with priest since I have totems down normally during their go but I think dark iron would help a lot to counter

Oh absolutely. I moved away from priest because their mobility is just terrible. Get gripped in and chained and you are being ridden by the DK.
