This seems to be an ongoing issue with customer support , You submit a ticket and you revieve a generis response back about how busy they are and how long it may take to get back to you and please look at these resources. So basically were treated like idiots , then they mark the ticket resolved.
Anyone else finding this that honest issues are being ignored
They will almost always do this. If you are sure your issue isnât solvable by using the resources provided to you, hit âI still have a problemâ and wait for them to look over it again. All you really can do.
If you get that response it simply means the ticket system is getting hammered (always happens after an expansion launch). Itâs a courtesy response because quite often the solution is found in the other resources. If not, you re-open the ticket and request further help.
Itâs simply a secondary triage during very busy times.
Of course, seen it happen at various times too. There will be busy periods in regards to the ticket queue - especially when an emerging issue comes up.
Should be able to reopen the ticket if more help is needed. Of course the question not anwered is what the original issue was, and if gm staff is able to help.
Why hasnât there been a blue post, a blog/article or a tweet about the massive bug of no world quests and adventure mode, almost like I did not receive the reward of World Quests and Adventure mode.
Faerin not spawning in to get the weekly activity quest, so down a week on keys and gear, not worried about sparks unless no catch up this early on.
Thrall or Bran not giving alts the quest to skip the leveling campaign?
It has been almost 2 weeks since early access and most of end game content is not accessible to me and a small amount of other people.
This is an Information Desk to help folks navigate the support portion of the website, explain policies, explain services, etc.
The CS team has nothing to do with taking bug reports, fixing bugs, or anything game related like that. They are not actually part of the WoW development team. Different department entirely - in a different state even.
That is up to the WoW team to announce - a decision made by the WoW Developers and usually communicated by the WoW Community Mangers.
I understand the frustration, but if thereâs an issue affecting a small number of people, itâs unlikely going to be announced as you really get into a âboy who cries wolfâ situation.
Weâve got a critical announcement tool at my office the directors have been using to send urgent pop-up messages such as âyou can collaborate using Teams!â
Guess how many people are still reading those things.
