[resolved] Not getting verification emails

Hello there,

I recently ungrounded my daughter and was going to log into her account and get it all set up. It hasn’t been logged into in a while, and it is a new computer.

For over an hour I’ve been unable to get an email with a verification code.

The thing is, I actually am a programmer who writes email server software. So I know 100% that it’s not being rejected by spam, that all my dkim records and spf records are right: Blizzard just isn’t sending them to the email on record.

I’ve even disabled all spam protection on the server itself: same.

I tried using contact support, but it told me to check my junk folder. May I have an assistance on this?

Ticket is the way to get it done.

Reopen the existing one.

Posting here won’t help.

I can’t log into the account to create a ticket.
