Residual Memories issue "show on backpack"

When I did the pre patch event I put residual memories to “show on backpack” option to keep track of them.

In the currency tab, it’s gone. I can’t remove it from my backpack. I don’t want to track it anymore and its stuck there. I want to track my conq, honor, and valorstones.

Small issue I know but it’s annoying to me.

Thanks!

Edit: This has now been fixed for me. I looked in my currency tab today and lo and behold the currency was there and I was able to remove it from my backpack. Everyone go look and see for yourselves, I hope it’s fixed for you too!

I have this issue too, with it showing 0 residual memories and nothing shown in my currency tab to clear it. By not showing residual memories when we have 0 of them breaks the ability to clear it from the backpack and in addition, by having 0, I cannot transfer just one from another toon so I can then clear it.

This seems to be the core thread in bug reports about the currency:

I’d suggest reposting in there.

You can track more than 3 now, so you should be able to add all the ones you want. I tested with 7 currencies. On the default bags, you can’t see them all unless you convert to combined bags.

It’s still going to annoy me that I can’t get rid of it, so if that’s you, too, I get it, but maybe this will be a little bit of a workaround for some people until they fix it.

Same problem. Tried adding a 4th and got “You may only watch 3 currencies at a time” so how about a fix Blizz?

Weird. I added more than 3. I use a bag addon, so maybe it does that, but the additional ones remained visible when I turned off that addon. As long as I used the combine into one bag option - a single backpack is too small to display more than 3.

Nah can only watch 3 currencies. Been like that forever.

Must be my bag addon, ArkInventory, then. I love it, but it’s not exactly lightweight, so I hesitate to recommend using it just to work around this problem. But you could.

I am also experiencing this issue. I have several characters I had been tracking the currency on and I’m not able to turn it off.

Same problem. This expansion has many currencies. We need to remove this one in order to track at least three other ones. I think it’s not a minor bug.

Same problem here

Adding my voice. Multiple characters with Residual Memories tracking stuck on my bag.

I’m having the same problem as well.

I still see Residual Memories in my currency list, it’s just moved from the DF group to TWW. (Listed between Mereldar Derby Mark and Resonance Crystals for me) Maybe it gets hidden if you have 0?

Are we still able to collect them? if so i’ll go collect some just to remove it!

Doesn’t look like it, unfortunately - the vendor is in the portal room but the portals themselves are gone.

Another possibility is that it got automatically marked “unused” if you had 0 - check if there’s an “Unused” category at the bottom of your currency list, it might be in there.

I’ve been looking for a script workaround but it doesn’t seem like you can directly remove a currency by ID, so if it’s not anywhere in the list, you may just need to wait for a Blizzard fix. (If anyone else wants to experiment, the Residual Memories currency ID is 3089)

I noticed at the very start of the Radiant Echoes event that the Residual Memories currency would be removed from the currency panel if you zeroed them out (such as through doing currency transfers to another character OR spending them all at the vendor).

No unused category unfortunately, ty tho !

Same issue here. 0 showing on backpack. Cannot remove. Not in unused tab. Additionally, all event gear in warbank was removed.

Also occurring for me, can’t untrack/unshow from backpack. Would like too…
