Anyone know how I reset the app? Like when it goes to login there are 3 accounts there and I only use 1 these days as I transferred the characters to this account. But when I log in it still shows all 3 accounts to choose from. I want it to just be this one.
The Blizzard App will always show every World of Warcraft license under your Blizzard account. This is true even if you have canceled your subscription and aren’t currently using the other licenses.
There is currently no way to remove an upgraded WOW license from your Blizzard account. So you won’t be able to remove them from the dropdown list either.
If you accidentally create a new starter account, you can remove that as long as it hasn’t had game time/been upgraded:

Thank you. So even if I delete the app it won’t do it? There is no way to “start fresh”?
The launcher just pulls in the information from your Blizzard account. So even if you delete the app and reinstall it, you’ll see the same information when you reinstall because the licenses are still included under your Blizzard account.
