This might be a stupid question but how can they guarantee we will have the name we want if we can’t even pick our realm until a later date? Unless I missed something…?

The realms will be available to choose when you log on to reserve your names. You just won’t be able to actually play the game.

Yes, that is what the process is.

You will use your Battlenet account. Be sure to update Classic (Live version).

Just log into classic, choose the realm you are planning to play on, and then create your characters.

They are referring to the white link with the globe indicating the relevant time for your current location. It changes for each person who hovers over it with their mouse

Im guessing, If you make a toon now, today, and wait till classic launches, then log into that toon, you can THEN delete it and remake using your now saved to account name.
