I understand our reps should be melding over, but I don’t see it on any of my toons, what gives?
Your going to have to clarify what you “understand” because what you’re saying doesn’t really make sense to me.

Reputations are not account-wide. The only thing that was changed was the iLvl upgrade for the neck piece, reputation-locked items for transmog, and reputation achievement trackers (like the one for 100 exalted reps).
You still need to go out grind out the rep on the character if you need/want to purchase anything from a rep vendor - like profession recipes this expansion.
