Been running around doing the new loremaster achievements, and the first day or so I was getting spillover rep with Gilneas as I’d expect (for the appropriate quests). But at some point yesterday, the alliance quests just stopped giving the spillover rep. They’re definitely quests that give rep, or should at any rate, according to wowhead. Anyone else notice this?

I’ve been having issues with quests rewarding reps of all types since prepatch launched. This plagued guild rep for me. I’d do 2 quests in a chain at the same time, same reward structure, same exp. One would give rep, one wouldn’t. I’d get rep for 20 quests straight then went 16 entire LEVELS with quests not giving any guild rep at all, and then they started again. My Warrior somehow only hit Friendly with Valiance after full clearing Borean which does not happen if you do all the quests there.
Today I did some Stormwind rep grinding to finish up getting exalted by doing some of the revamp quests in Human zones and several of the quests along the way that are confirmed sources of Stormwind rep (Wowhead comments from Cata) were just not giving me any and others would.
