riiiight. We never had a problem with using our full vocabulary when I served in the Army. We were just smart enough to understand when we could and when it was inappropriate. Most grownups have that skill. Its not alpha vs beta, its having an IQ greater than your shoe size.

Legit know more stories of “i do and say what i want” people being absolutely destroyed by drill sarges and being the lowest rung in most units.
