Yes. And thatâs much much worse than any swear out there. Itâs treating someone poorly, and getting away with it, only because you didnât make it âobviousâ. Which is based on ridiculous standards.
I donât know if you did or not. But Iâd say youâre indeed mocking him for using the platforms provided by blizzard to express his suggestion. Which is rather sad, to say the least.
Sure. Iâm not writing swears now, as I know this can get me banned. But, as I said, itâs essential to empathize with those who still struggle with it, as we all come from different backgrounds. And lately, Blizzard has been quite intolerant toward those who use a lot of gaming slang.
I read some on WoW, and I always tell them as quickly as I can to be careful because they risk getting banned from saying things like that. But I sure as heck donât report. But yâall would. Because empathy isnât your strong suit.
If the ânewâ terms (the same terms already in the CoC) stop you from saying what you want, then good. You clearly had little of value to say to begin with.
snickers
Itâs a fruit.
I mean it could be worse:
I hope you step on a UK Power plug when you get out of bed tomorrow
I donât, actually, unless theyâre being abusive with it.
And Iâve gotten kicked out of here multiple times for harsh language. Know what I didnât do? Throw a tantrum about it, because I know I broke the rules.
Sometimes itâs worth it to say what needs to be said.

Yaâll never stepped on a nail poking out of the carpetâŠ
no one cares dude.
stop trying harding with your fake outrage troll post
Actually I have, multiple places Iâve lived have had carpet tacks that were exposed. But I stand by UK plugs and legos being worse. UK plugs can cause actual bone breaks.
I donât know why this just made me bust out laughing, but it did.
Reading it now Iâm reminded of TanyaâŠ
One has nothing to do with the other. Free speech is there to protect you from the government limiting your speech, it has no impact upon private companies. After all you agree to not use such language to begin with.
Itâs one thing to empathize, and another to let the behavior continue indefinitely. I empathize with someone making serious efforts to change their habits, not those who just let their impulses fly. Itâs usually fairly obvious which bucket a person falls into.
Well said, +1, muting thread. Carry on Thallia!
lol⊠âcreativityâ
You gonna be okay there, buddy? Free speech doesnât apply to games. Calm down.
Muting obvious troll thread.
I understand. You get a kick out of being rude to people online. I mean, calling this a âtantrumâ is a strange word choice.
In reality, youâre an agreeable individual, and thatâs alright. And Iâll repeat myself, some rules are ridiculous and are meant to be changed. Itâs OK to discuss it in the general discussion section of the forums, as it is related to the WoW gaming experience.
Some of the biggest crybabies are the people who canât accept responsibility for their actions.
OP, you canât play the game without agreeing to the rules.
You broke them.
You get punished.
Deal with it or donât play.
