Your report player functionality needs improvement. I was just in a Timewalking Dungeon and I get placed in a group with a multi-boxer, I am the healer. I know your stance on multi-boxing but your stance does not take into consideration of player sabotaging runs. They leave 2 chracters at the start of the instance and he is limping along trying to tank and dps. After having enough of limping through this content I switch from healer to tank and just solo the dungeon. On my way to the second to last boss I get kicked from the group and eat a 30 min cooldown.
Yes this is content that is a minimal difficulty level and it is not the end of the world that I did not complete that dungeon but what am I suppose to do in that situation? Use the tools in place that we remove the two afk characters parked at the beginning of the entrance? How do you think that vote would have turned out in this situation? My only option was to leave the dungeon and receive a penalty, limp through the dungeon and waste my time on content that should be completed at 10 minutes max (we were going on 25 minutes before reaching a 2nd boss)
Now that I am out of the instance, there is not way for me to report the player harassment because all of your report features rely on right clicking the player name and NONE of your support articles advise how to report a player outside of an instance and not grouped.
This isn’t a multi-boxer complaint it is 100% a customer service complaint that you make it difficult to file tickets simply for the reason that you do not want to address issues that are most likely “useless” tickets but you have removed an avenue of customer communication that needs to be addressed.
That multi-boxer gets to carry on while a healer gets back-filled into that mess and he is holding that instance hostage until they complete it. He will not be held accountable at all. If I zoned into an instance and stood afk at the beginning you can bet that group is going to remove me. You are rewarding delinquent behavior with your lack of action.
There has never been an option to report for being kicked from a dungeon. That is not a “customer service” issue. That is a Game Developer issue with the game systems they have designed and the policies they have in place. CS does not make the rules or the report options. There is nothing against the rules for kicking you.
As annoying as it is, it is not against the rules to kick a person for no reason, or any reason. It is not against the rules to multibox either, as long as it is all manual.
What you want is a policy change by the game team which is not going to happen by posting here.
This forum is an Information Desk to help folks navigate the support system, explain policies, and explain account services. It is a SUPPORT function, not a SERVICE function.
Yes, your only option in that situation, under current policy, is to leave the dungeon and take the deserter debuff. You can also put their chars on Ignore which should help prevent future group finder matching with them.
If you would like to propose a change to the current policies, you can use the in-game suggestion feature to suggest the Game Devs change the kick system, or add an option for additional reports for non-participation. Your other option is to use the Discussion Forums - probably dungeons and raids, to make that suggestion. They won’t answer you directly but that is where feedback is collected.
CS and certainly this Info Desk, has no say in game policy, game options for reporting, etc. They also have no role in passing on suggestions or feedback to the game teams.

My post was not a multi box complaint. It is the inability to open a report support ticket for such a situation. So if you’re telling me the support forum, cannot assist me in a support ticket issue (or lack there of) then I guess there is not a resolution because if I opened this in the dungeon or raid forum, I would be told to open this in the support forum or create a support ticket.
Also, how is one official forum able to receive and forward feedback and another official forum is not?
I appreciate your time and responding but at this point this is just turned into a venting post because it’s obvious there’s no way to report this issue properly.
Well, because this category of our official forums is related to Support related topics. The folks that monitor this particular category are with Customer Support. Collecting and relaying feedback/suggestions to our Game Developers is outside our scope of support.
The category you would want to provide feedback/suggestions is the Community or Gameplay categories, in which the Community Management and Game Development teams regularly review for feedback.
If the goal is to suggest additional options for reporting someone then the Dungeons, Raids and Scenarios forum is generally the best option. Folks might claim otherwise, but they are welcome to be wrong.
I am sorry that you encountered an issue in your dungeon with someone who was not fully participating on all of their characters. I don’t know if there are any additional options that would be feasible for that situation, but it never hurts to request more options.

There is no ticket option for being kicked because it is not against the rules, no matter why it happened. CS has no say in game policy.
There ARE options for non-participation in some of the game content - but you can’t access that outside the instance.
There is no ticket option once outside the instance group because that is how the current functionality works. CS has no say in game design.
The Support forums are staffed by Forum Support Agents who are not part of the game teams. They are here as an Information Desk to help people navigate the current ticket system, explain policy, explain account services, etc.
The Community Managers who ARE tasked with collecting feedback visit the Discussion portions of the forums. Those are the folks who pass things on to the game team for consideration.
All you can get here is an explanation of how things currently work, and what your options are for feedback.
