Why is it that I can’t reply to multiple comments on my own thread. I get an error if I try to reply to more then one comment asking me to wait for others to do so. WHY is this a thing? I want to address some comments but can’t because I have to wait until someone else does. What if no one else does? How long do I have to wait? Please remove this. It is ridiculous and annoying to the community.
Customer Support has nothing to do with this.
Also, the forum software is made by a third party and Blizzard can’t unilaterally make any changes to it. The behavior you’re complaining about is standard for that software.

It prevents people from spam bumping their own thread for views.
If you wish to reply to more than one person you can include those all in one post. Quote each person, reply, quote the next person, reply.
You don’t need a separate post for each person you reply to.
As Sniperorc said, the forum is made by a company called Discourse, not Blizzard.

You can edit a comment and add quotes to reply to people.

It is usually best to reply to multiple people within the one post. There is a restriction for reason for opening posters:

You can reply to multiple comments in a single post. You don’t need to reply to everyone individually.

Just for clarification, the forums aren’t under the “control” of a third party. They were created by a third party.
The overall forums have a basic functionality that receives regular updates from them, though we do have some special functionality that we’ve been able to have incorporated (such as being able to post on on character avatars, etc…).
