I made a post on the General Forum the other day and when I submitted the post I got a, 404 page not found, error message.
Since that happened I no longer see a Reply button on any posts in the Forum. I do not know what happened so that I can no longer see it.
First, try a different web browser to see if that makes a difference.
Are you sure your account hasn’t become silenced or suspended for some reason? You should have received an email if that was the case. Check your spam folders too.
I never received any kind of email saying my account was suspended. I have the reply button here on the tech forums.
I was simply asking a question when I got the 404 error.
Typing this bit using the Microsoft Edge browser and still no Reply button on the General Forum.
I’m sorry, I wasn’t suggesting that you are suspended, I was just querying to eliminate that as a culprit.
Try logging out and in to the forums once or twice. You might logout, restart your browser, then log back in. See if that helps.
Anettie, this doesn’t necessarily seem like a technical issue, but newer or not as active accounts on the forums have some restrictions where it will restrict the amount of posts on a specific topic. The more active and more posts you contribute on the forums community the more it will lift those restrictions.
If you have feedback, over the system our Support Site Feedback forums would be best to do so. If there’s any account level or in-game issues, the #support:customer-support forums is a better place to discuss this. The technical support forums are typically related to in-game technical problems like crashes and connection issues.
MY Reply button returned this morning. I do tend to get carried away with replying to posts I find. Maybe I am just a rampant forum user.
For some reason I had uBlock Origin and Privacy Badger enabled for the Blizzard forums. When I turned them off, reply button magically appeared.
