I recently switched to Kyrian Covenant a couple nights ago. I was able to get up to Renown 7 yesterday but have since been stuck. Today, I went and did my calling and the calling did not reward a Renown level.
Per the Blizzard website;
You can earn additional Renown through max level gameplay, Dungeons, Raids, PvP, and Callings (the new Emissary Quests), until you reach the current Renown cap.
I ran about 8 dungeons yesterday and did not get an Emblem of Renown. It seems as though I am stuck at Renown 7 with no way to move forward.
For reference - I did not start Shadowlands until 12/17/2020. Once I hit 60 on 12/19/2020, I was able to level my Renown with Venthyr from 1-12 in a single day.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I believe that renown drops from PVP and dungeons are actually just a chance of dropping and that it might increase based on the difficulty that you’re running. I have gotten some from dungeons, but I’d say it’s probably only a 10% or so chance from heroic difficulty. The blue callings seem to be the fastest way to catch up, as they seem to give renown 100% of the time.
I do feel like catching up after changing covenants is definitely slower than normal though. Not sure if its intended or not.
Not a big number, but I farmed 3~4 renown from heroic dungeon, get 1 for each run
wtf lol
I’ve been spamming heroics and I’m still only at 12 renown. I predict that the system fudged up some because I was max renown as NF before I switched to Kyrian.
seems this game no longer make themselves clear.
