I just got done with a Necrotic Wake dungeon. When I left group my renown disappeared, weekly renown quests reset. I was at renown 15 and now I am back at renown level 12. Can anyone at customer service look into this please?
First thing to do is a full UI reset to rule out a corrupted file causing a visual error. Exit the game and launcher completely. Open your WoW directory. Delete or rename the Cache, Interface, and WTF folders. Restart the game without reinstalling any addons to see if the issue persists.
Nope, deleted every addon and folders suggested. Still shows my renown at level 12 instead of 15.
Then submit a bug report in the Bug Report Forum and open a ticket in-game asking for a GM to assist with the issue.
