I am at renown 15, and have done every quest available to me … and i still do not have a command table for Venthyr.
My Night Fae toon got hers fast, along with my Maldraxxus toon.
It simply is not available, I can see other people using it (in it supposed to be location) however it is non-existant for me.
Don’t you have to unlock that by talking to your sanctum anima reservoir keeper? Did you?
Think there’s a group of issues like this that I suspect have a similar cause.

I think the issue is alts doing things in unexpected orders and things like the command table, the abomination table and unlocking soulbinds having enable quest givers in specific phases that we can’t get to. So we never see the quest to actually turn these things on.
