i did all the quests to build the body and the npc is back in my cov HQ but its not giving me the last two quests to unlock. Torgast quest line is also bugged and wont give me hope of remnant or whatever its called.rip
I am also having the same issue can’t seem to unlock Emeni at all

Think the core issue is players leveling through threads of fate never pick up what appears to be side quest but is actually required to unlock the soulbind and the stitching table.
At 15 on my priest and still locked.
Is this alts for everyone having issues?
If my stitching table is supposed to do something after being unlocked for a couple of days it’s broken as well.
Only unlocked transport network and stitching table.
Haven’t done the initial 1250 ash quest and I’m at the “information for a price” stage of the torghast quests.
Did notice the one of my emissaries quest givers was on my map but not showing up in world until I did some of the weekly renown quests.
Looks like there might be some phasing hell going on.

Looks like it’s really easy to orphan the quest chain that unlock the soulbind because the quest looks like a side quest with regular quest icons on the map and in the world, which should probably be considered the bug here.
Mine was at Find the Way up in the north west of the map ( 26,42 )
