This aspect of the issue is being looked into, weāre gathering some samples from here and other tickets that have been submitted. I donāt know if weāll have an update tonight, but the team continues to delve into it.

This is my boosted character, items requiring level 20 renown or below are now available (thank you!) Got to level 21 renown with Valdrakken as well, items requiring level 21 renown still locked.
just weird that i have to make a brand new alt to get 20 renown, meanwhile my current levels 70ās all at 5 renown or less canāt get any shortcut
like my boosted guy will be further than my mains
just let me buy the renown

If there were any updates, they would be posted in this thread for all to see. Vrak is very good about relaying what is passed along to him. If there isnāt any updates, then there are no posts.
This is the last post about the problem that any of us know about. Itās still being worked on.
Iām wondering if the issue is being caused by not having done the campaign quests to unlock everything.
Nothing yet. With it being this close to the weekend itās probably going to be Monday before we hear a thing
I believe that was the case for the first issue, there are a lot of hidden flags that indicate when something is unlocked or eligible, etcā¦ Something similar may be impacting items post 20 renown.
I donāt have any updates other than the issue is still marked as active.
That isnāt really how that works. This is an active priority issue, no one is sayingā¦ well, two days to the weekend, guess I better skip it until Monday. O.o

I just meant with all the issues caused by 10.2 I doubt this issue is very high on the totem pole. When the dev team thought they had it fixed the first time they moved on to other issues Iām sure. So I was figuring they probably have to Circle back around to this one. So realistically yeah I wasnāt really expecting a resolution till Monday
Issues with purchased products are always high priority, the only thing that would be higher is situations preventing folks from logging in and playing. That said, it is important to keep in mind that there isnāt just one person working on a list of reported bugs. We have full QA and Dev teams who are working on various tasks. During patch weeks, we usually have more available staff working longer hours to help resolve the issues that pop up.
So I canāt say when the issue will be resolved, it depends on how complicated the issue is and our ability to find a resolution that doesnāt also cause any other issues.
It appears its been Hotfixed! I can buy items post 20 now. I Bought ALL drake scripts from all expeditions!

What are you trying to buy? What renown level are you? Also try exiting both the game and the launcher completely. Also are you trying to make the purchase on the boosted toon itself?
I advanced to 23 last night on DS Expo and bought the red drake scripts. Also hit 21 on Valdrak and bought the gold scales.
Side note: DS Expo flags is 5k rep unbuffed. Free instant 22 renown
