OP has completed all but the final quest in that chapter, yes.
What is the realm-name combination of the character you’re looking for assistance with?
So for me, I looked at the chapter information on the map. I was on chapter Two. the Trial of Ascension was chapter Three, and there were some Torghast shenanigans I had to go do.
