My subscription runs out next week and I am trying to find a renewal page on the WoW website. Tried renew account in the search bar and got 0 results.

If you’re currently on an active recurring subscription, it will auto-renew when your current current subscription runs out. If you need to renew an inactive subscription, you can do that here.
If you’re looking to add 60 days of game time (not a subscription, just game time), you can purchase that here.

Log in to your account on blizzard.com, then click your user name in the upper right hand corner and go to “account settings.” Choose “games & subscriptions” on the left hand menu, and next to your account, click manage. If you have an active sub you haven’t cancelled, I believe it should renew automatically, but you can check your status there to be sure.
