Removing Friendly Trivial NPC Names

I logged into my friends computer which had ElvUI installed. Now when i login to my character on my computer, Every NPC has a green bar above their head instead of just normal players. My other characters do not have this problem, only my main which I logged into on the other computer. Anyone have an idea of how to fix this so that it goes back to only showing nameplates/bars for friendly players and not friendly NPC’s

Try this

/run SetCVar("nameplateShowFriendlyNPCs", 0)

otherwise you can reset all your cvars with

/console cvar_default
