Removed my authenticator bug

removed my authenticator like a week ago, because the batteries are getting low in my authenticators, just now when went to login wow, somehow it prompted me to login manual, when it did it required me to use my authenticator and I deleted usage of it from within my account I clicked remove and so I believe there is a bug because it should be deleted.

can someone check that out? delete it for me or link me the link to do it again please
also would like blizzard’s number case can’t get it to work

If you go to your Account Security Settings page, there should be an “Update” link to the right of the Authenticator section. If your authenticator is still listed there, then you should be able to remove it using that link.

They don’t have an inbound number. If the above doesn’t work for you, we can give you a link to open a ticket :wink: For removing an authenticator, I believe there’s an option for call back and live chat. But give those steps a shot first.
