Might as well ask them to shut down the servers, while you’re at it.

The game didn’t have wow tokens for many years, and it was far more populated take us back to a better gaming world

Tokens allow for more people to play the game and make Blizz an extra $5 a pop. They were also created to reduce gold seller scams.
You’ll just have to try your hardest to ignore boosting and run content with your friends or guild.

Tokens are the least of the games popularity problems…

And that had nothing to do with the tokens because those came in after the exodus.

What about the people that were doing boosting to afford things like legendaries.
Not everyone has the extra cash ontop of sub to pay wow tokens just to buy the overpriced things in the game because all other things were nerfd for gold

What about people who are unemployed and rely on WoW tokens?

well thankfully, they can still buy tokens and Blizzard would sooner die than have that ez money go away

I get your bent out of shape with the banning of boosting communities. Shifting your anger to tokens makes no sense. Tokens are a healthy player driven part of the market. Boosting has a ton of negative aspects to it, even for those doing it just for in game gold.

So how would one that cant afford wow tokens go about making gold for leggos in 9.2 taking that it’s going to be about 100-600k most season they have gutted all gold making ways from old raids to everything

I was thinking that they could… change the WoW token to a premium currency that can’t be traded to other players. People could still use it on the AH and stuff though.

Doing covenant dailies, emissaries and professions can make gold. Look up what sells on your server and sell those things.

Here’s the thing, though. Blizzard tried it the way you’re suggesting.
It’s a lot harder to go after people selling gold for money than it is to just offer a way to do it in game. Before the token, I would assume Blizzard had a team dedicated to this sort of thing full time. After the token, they were… well, maybe fired, but hopefully given something better to do.
Do you want Blizzard to have to hire, oh, let’s say 4 people to replace the token?

Heck yeah!
Now that Blizz has gotten rid of all those players that used boosting to pay their subs they can move on to getting rid of all the normal players that are using their stockpiled gold.
This is a great way to get rid of a bunch of players with almost no effort.
Tell us you want the game to die without saying it.

The game has to many ways to make gold to even begin to name them all. When if doubt farming is always a strait forward way to earn gold for your time. A bit or research and you can learn what to farm to get the most gold per hour. If you don’t want to deal with a bunch of competition find out what old world mats sell well.
This won’t solve anything, it will just further sink in money to the black market…
