What I think OP’s problem was that they spent all kinds of time doing mythic plus 10s, got a bunch of titanforging gear and then joined a mythic raiding guild, started mythic raiding and aren’t getting upgrades now.
What they don’t consider is very often people get to go to raids because of their gear/performance and guild groups get to kill bosses because of their members gear which results in mythic gear being dropped.
Remove that titanforging gear from mythic plus then you might remove the ability of that person to get invited to a raid and for that group to kill bosses.
